枸杞中红色素提取方法研究

　　摘 要

　　本研究以枸杞为原料，用索式提取法提取红色素，以枸杞红色素提取率为指标，主要是研究了在相同温度，相同时间内，不同溶剂对红色素提取率的影响。实验结果表明：最佳提取溶剂是石油醚，提取时间是7小时，温度为100℃，提取率可达12.86%

　　Abstract

　　This study using medlar as raw material and the cable type extraction extract red pigment. Use extraction rate as index. It is mainly studied at the same temperature, the same time, different solvents extraction of the influence of red pigment extraction rate. Experimental results show that: the best extraction solvent is petroleum ether, extracting time is seven hours for 100 ℃, the 12.86% extraction rate can be obtained.
